At the workplace everything starts with “WE”—the team. The team consists of a myriad of personalities with different ways of thinking. That’s both a blessing and challenge.
Take your team to the lab to help its members understand themselves and each other better. You will create a formula that gives team members new motivation to perform well at work. This leads to smoother teamwork, better results, and success in your company’s other targets.
Team development
This workshop fits well for teams and work communities of all sizes, including executive management teams. Team Coaching consists of two parts:
1. One-to-one sessions
Every team member will have a one-on-one session with your WeLaB coach. Through a set of simple questions, it shapes an overall picture of the person as an employee.
2. Lab day
A half-day workshop where team members learn to understand each other better and find new ways to work efficiently together. We might zoom in and out on team members' work tasks and evaluate if everyone is working with their strengths or if some tasks could be reorganized.
Every team has both hidden resources and challenges. This workshop brings them out so that you can utilize the differences between team members.
